The ART DECO HOTEL MONTANA and Lucerne are featured as the guest of Swiss Airline’s “SWISS – Taste of Switzerland”.
One airline, one canton and one team of chefs. This culinary concept was launched by SWISS in 2002 and has been enjoying great success: “Taste of Switzerland” was honoured with the coveted Mercury Award, the highest form of recognition for an airline catering service.
Starting on March 3, the MONTANA’s head chef Johan Breedijik and his award-winning kitchen team (15 GaultMillau points) will be pampering First and Business Class travellers on Swiss International Airlines with their culinary creations.
Over the course of three months, approximately 10,000 meals will be cooked and served in First Class, with nearly 60,000 passengers in Business Class receiving meals that are MONTANA specialities.
